delivery and installation
We place as much emphasis on the delivery and installation of your project as we do at any other stage of the process. From bespoke computer software that ensures fuss-free delivery, to the expertise of our highly trained Installation Team, nothing is left to chance.
Our entire computer system has been built around a specially written bespoke software package that allows us to schedule deliveries quickly and accurately. It itemises each order, allocates sufficient space and will also route the deliveries taking into account any specific instructions, to deliver it in a timescale that meets your demands.
We run a varied delivery fleet with vehicles ranging in size from articulated trucks with 40ft. trailers to a transit sized runabout. All feature bespoke bodies designed to allow furniture to be transported properly and safely. They also have the latest aerodynamically shaped bodies and are fitted with Euro 5 rated engines to meet the most stringent emission regulations.
The most important asset to our Installation Team is the people. All our Installation staff hold Certificates of Professional Competency and are Construction Skills Certification Scheme (C.S.C.S) accredited. Additionally, Installation Managers are holders of Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (S.S.S.T.S) certificates.
Our Installation Team take great pride in their work. They are customer focussed, proactive in their approach to problem solving and determined to complete the job properly within the timeframe allowed.
For those larger projects where a greater degree of planning and organisation are required we also produce Pre-Installation Questionnaires, Method Statements, Site Specific Risk Assessments and Project Gantt Charts to timeline each aspect of the job.
Installation staff are uniformed for instant visibility on site. They are also a prime point of interaction with our clients and the company’s most important goodwill ambassadors.
